The State has always been the patrimony of some privileged class: a priestly class, an aristocratic class, a bourgeois class. And finally, when all the other classes have exhausted themselves, the State then becomes the patrimony of the bureaucratic class and then falls—or, if you will, rises—to the position of a machine.
-Michail Bakunin

I'd like to add: this machine will remain in function as long as the “man” not emancipates themselves toward the really authenticated Human Being (a really awakening from a long sleep of mind), a desire that reflects already in the exhortation by Immanuel Kant 250 years ago: “Have the courage to use your own reason”.
